How to use this AT online course

Included in this package are 7 files plus 1 e-book

Instructions:

Duration of each lesson is 20 – 30 minutes. 

  1. Listen to Introduction and Lesson 1
  2. Put aside the audio file and practice while doing the exercise as described. You should be able to do the exercise without listening again to the audio.
  3. Practice 3 times daily for several days until you are comfortable with Lesson 1.
  4. Go to Lesson 2. Practice until you are comfortable with this lesson.
  5. Continue in the same way until you complete Lesson 7.
  6. At the end you should be able to do the Autogenic Training without further listening to the Audio. Do not get dependent on Corina’s voice or instruction. As guideline and reference, you can use the e-book with sketches that show you the sitting position and examples for the visualizations.
